Reservation & Booking Policies

We’re excited to host you! To make sure every guest has a smooth experience, please review our reservation guidelines below.

Room Reservations

To secure your karaoke room reservation:

Weekend (Friday & Saturday):
• A $5 per person deposit is required for all reservations.

Weekdays (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday):
• A $5 per person deposit is required for groups of 13 or more.
• Groups under 13 do not require a deposit.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

Deposits

The reservation deposit:

• Is required to confirm your room

• Is applied toward your total food, beverage, and room charges

• May increase if guest count increases prior to arrival

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because karaoke rooms are held specifically for your group, we enforce the following:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your reservation may receive a refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation may forfeit the deposit.

• Failure to arrive at your reserved time without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late arrivals may reduce your total room time if another booking is scheduled after yours.

All refund decisions outside of these guidelines are at management’s discretion.

Changes to Reservations

Requests to adjust date, time, or guest count should be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Significant reductions in party size may affect room assignment.

House Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a reservation early due to:

• Disorderly or unsafe behavior

• Damage to equipment or property

• Violation of house rules

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to microphones, karaoke systems, furniture, or fixtures.

Additional Notes

All prices are subject to applicable sales tax and service charges.
